Refund Policy

At ITRnGST, our priority is to provide seamless and accurate tax compliance services. Given the nature of our professional advisory, document processing, and legal drafting services, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows.
1. Eligibility for Full Refund
You are eligible for a 100% full refund under the following conditions:
- Work Has Not Commenced: If you cancel your order before our team has begun processing your documents, analyzing your case, or drafting any responses.
- Duplicate Payment: If multiple payments were made accidentally for the same service.
- Service Inability: If our experts determine that we are unable to fulfill your specific compliance requirement due to internal limitations or conflict of interest.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be initiated under the following circumstances:
- Work Commenced / Drafts Shared: Once our team has analyzed your documents, generated computations, or shared draft submissions/notices with you for review, professional time has been expended, and the fee becomes non-refundable.
- Returns Filed: Once an Income Tax Return, GST Return, or official Notice Reply has been successfully submitted to the respective government portal (ITD or GSTN), no refunds govern.
- Delay Due to Client: If the filing or service is delayed due to non-responsiveness or failure to provide requested documents/OTPs by the client, no refund will be issued.
- Change of Mind: If you decide not to proceed after computations have been shared, or simply change your mind, fees will not be refunded.
3. Government Fees & Taxes
Any component of the fee paid towards government challans, late fees, statutory penalties, or direct taxes is completely out of our control and strictly non-refundable by ITRnGST.
4. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: All refund requests must be made by emailing connect@itrngst.com with your order details and reason for the request.
- Approval: We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- Crediting: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to standard bank processing times.
