Important Compliance Notes
What is Form 12BB? It is a declaration of investments and expenses made by an employee to their employer at the beginning/end of a financial year for TDS calculation.
Submission Proofs: While the form is a declaration, your employer will require actual proofs (Rent Receipts, LIC slips, 80D premium receipts) to finalize the tax deduction.
March 15th Deadline: Most employers require these declarations by early March to process March salaries correctly.
